These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pluck iOS application (“Pluck”, the “App”) and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC (“Barder Works”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Pluck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who may use Pluck

You may use Pluck only if you:

• are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region), and
• are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
